While in a salon in Cheongdamdong, Seoul, to get her hair fixed, she reads the comments entries on her me2day. Suddenly, she feels worried about the health of her youngest sibling, baby-like brother (MBLAQ Thunder) and sends him a quick text. Today, he would be appearing in KBS2 TV “Music Bank,” but because of a bad cold, Thunder’s throat is sore and in pain. “Baby, is your body feeling tired? Go get ‘em, and take care of your body. Do well in broadcasting today!” After 5 minutes, the reply comes, “Yes, my throat still feels a little sore ㅜ ㅜ.” Usually, she sends him a “storm of texts” but Thunder only replies with “short replies.”

The shoot seems to have taken longer than expected. She sends another text message to Thunder. She always watches the broadcasts that Thunder appears in, but because of the advertisement shooting today, so she wasn’t able to monitor the live performance, hu hu! Oh darn! The “Music Bank” performance is finished. “Baby, did you do well in broadcast?” Thunder, characteristically, doesn’t answer her noona’s message. As the commercial shooting goes on, her time on SNS and her smart phone, goes on as well. And she spends her day like that.

MBLAQ reveals their childhood photos?

On the upcoming episode of Mnet’s “Wide Entertainment News“, MBLAQ will be revealing their childhood photos.

Lee Joon showed off his passport photo, which was taken around the time of his “Ninja Assassin” role. He explained, “It was taken in a rush a few weeks before I had to go overseas. I look a bit tired because I was busily working on my movie. My complexion was really good, but preparing for my role over a few months turned my skin color into what it is now.”

The other members shared stories from their high school days, which were supplemented with photos.

The episode will also be featuring a portrait of leader Seungho, as drawn by Thunder and G.O.

MBLAQ's Lee Joon’s past photos as a dancer?

Recently past photos of MBLAQ Lee Joon’s dance performances have been receiving a lot of interest from fans and netizens alike.

With the title, “The Days of the Dance Genius”, pictures of Lee Joon’s performances were uploaded on an online community site. In these pictures, fans were able to see Lee Joon’s powerful, confident performance that he had with a female dancer.

Also, on the 21st, Lee Joon had uploaded a picture of himself doing a head spin on his mini homepage. With this picture, he wrote, “The time when I was obsessed about dancing. Eat, dance, repeat. This was my routine.”

After seeing these photos, netizens named Lee Joon the “Dance Genius”.

MBLAQ - Interview Seungho, "Dark Circles the Result of Hard Work" Resembles a Cool Man?

Macho MBLAQ who has the tendency to have it all. Amidst them in particular is the rough manly Seungho who is the man who profoundly makes the macho man and beastly man come together in harmony.

Seungho, although he debuted at a late age he made up his mind and ran solely looking at the top of the summit. Maybe that's why there's a charisma that can't be compared with others in his eyes and has the feel of a man.

Throughout the interview with TV Daily he only spit out the thoughts that he was thinking by himself. To the question of what kind of music MBLAQ wants to do he replied with "I don't think there's a genre that clearly fits with MBLAQ's color yet" in an assured voice.

Seungho is a distinct person whos beliefs are as clear as the future he goes towards. In some ways because of his cool judgment and stubbornness he may give off a slight feeling of coldness but because it's Seungho it's understandable.

Honestly, it wouldn't be wrong to say that Seungho is the original cold and chic man. He began with "I couldn't express my heart well to the members when we first met. So they probably thought I was acting coy". Then he confessed his out of the ordinary personality with "I came thinking 'Why should I show my personality to people I'm not friends with?'".

Member Lee Joon recollected the past with "Seungho hyung really changed a lot. Back then his eyes had a violent look but I think it's a lot more good-natured now". Seungho concluded with "I think it's because I came through adolescence wrong. When I was younger I was really good-natured in pictures" with laughter.

The original cold and chic man Seungho also changed after meeting the members. Through spending long times of promotions he seems pleased with his inward perky heart.

We are suddenly getting curious about seemingly tough Seungho's ideal girl. "I like girls who don't lie. I find it interesting when ideal types are said to be similar to someone else." Of course it is a reply just like Seungho. Because Seungho is so honest, lies are like rat poison to him.

Even with a question on his ideal type he responded sternly. "I have to meet her. It's true that someone can be an ideal type by just looking at the face but I'm not that type of person. If I like how she looks I think that I should at least know her personality."

"At around 33 years old I'm going to get married and have a kid before middle-age. I really hope that my first-born is a boy!" Seungho doesn't just have his ideal type but has a 10 year program mapped out. "My original dream was to be a young dad at the age of 20 but it's too late now. So I want to hurry and achieve my dream of being successful as a producer and get married".

Same member Lee Joon's response to the question of his ideal type "If she's kind then ddaeng (T/N: I'm assuming that means that's his ideal type)!, Thunder's was "I never thought about it". Even though they're only one or two years apart, just by their views on their ideal type there is a clear distinction that maybe Seungho may be a little more mature.

The dark circles that have become Seungho's trademark is the result of confidence of a cool man. The full confidence of the 20 year olds, vigor, with the hottest Seungho, it would be good to anticipate MBLAQ activities.

MBLAQ Lee Joon's pictures from "times when I went crazy dancing"

Male group MBLAQ member Lee Joon has revealed his old pictures when he was practising dance in high school.

Lee Joon updated his personal blog at 1am on the 21st with pictures and captions, "Title 'High school Grade 2', The flying youth at this time....and 'High school Grade 3' Times when I was crazy with dance. Eating and dancing repeatedly. These were very difficult times".

Lee Joon graduated from Seoul Arts High School, he also entered Korea National University of Arts and majored in modern dance.

One can have a closer look of Lee Joon's acrobatic moves in those pictures. His 2nd Grade picture shows an amazing jumping and dancing in the air, his picture from 3rd Grade shows him supporting his body upside-down with his head.

MBLAQ - Intrerview "Activities with 4 members without Mir were very empty?"

MBLAQ released their first full album 1 year and 2 months after their debut, and showed off their best work as chic idols with 'Stay' and 'Cry'.

This full album holds a special meaning to MBLAQ because it was their first work without singer Rain's participation and the members put in a lot of effort right from the early stages. As a result, they succeeded to imprint their own colours in the public's eye.

MBLAQ completed their promotional activities on SBS Inkigayo yesterday on the 20th, and now they will a new journey to search for the music style that is unique to MBLAQ.

Activities with 4 members due to Mir's back injury. What was the most different?

Firstly, a difference could be seen in our outward appearance. This made the biggest difference. We felt very empty because we had to change the formation flow for 5 members to 4 members. I miss Mir. (Seungho)

What was the biggest priority in this album?

We were very careful with a lot of things because it is a full length album. We wanted to show our musical colours wtihout a doubt, so our members were very involved in writing lyrics, composing, and more. We are very proud and satisfied with everything. (G.O)

Do you have any regrets as your were wrapping up your activities?

I don't think we have any significant regrets. Although looking at our music chart rankings and such it appeared as if we could approach closer to the public, but the members have absolutely no regrets because we are personally pleased to release this album. (G.O)

Looks like the charismatic and masculine MBLAQ stands out now compared to the cute and lovable MBLAQ.

Our existing songs were produced by others rather than our own self-composed songs. So, we felt that we should perform songs we've personally worked on to show MBLAQ's own colours. We were also very involved in the production. The cute concept was something we worked hard to portray various colours. However, we felt that MBLAQ is the strongest and best on stage when we portray a masculine and strong image. Although we don't know what image we will show in the future, but I think the transformation will inform emotional growth and change in personality? (G.O)

MBLAQ's charm honest and non-innocent image. Don't you think that the mystery surrounding idols will be missing with this kinda of image?

We've been portraying this image ever since we debuted. We've also had problems because we were too honest. I think even if you try to cover up and act innocent on screen, your true nature will be revealed eventually. I also think that the public will be uncomfortable if you don't show your true personality. (G.O)

When I was younger, I always thought that whatever I saw on TV was a lie. I'm a person who hates lying, so I want to show an honest heart. If I have to watch out for my image, I don't think I can do it. (Seungho)

Who is the most attractive member as a guy?

We all have something we envy each other for. For Seungho's case, his determination. If he thinks something is right, his strength is that he will push for it all the way. Joon has a smooth charm to make his girlfriends comfortable. He also has a bit of a clumsy personality but that is also his other charm. Thunder is the member with the cutest charm, umm.. as for Mir, I'm not sure. No. Mir's charm is his wit and sense? (G.O)

The member who is the most sensitive about his own news articles.

It's Mir. Mir creates stories on his own for news and then worries and stresses about it. He has a habit of getting very worked up over events. Many times he called us up and asked us out of curiosity when his name occassionally appeared as one of the top-searched keywords on the Internet. (Seungho)

Music MBLAQ pursues.

I don't think there is a specific genre that is unique as MBLAQ and our colour yet at the moment. So, our first target is to achieve that image. Also, we want to make music that will make people think of MBLAQ upon hearing.

Imagine yourself within 10 years.

When I'm 35 years old, I think I will promote an album that is completely produced on my own. I believe this could happen even before I turn 35. I will date freely, be comfortable in my music and go on vacations. If I meet a woman I love, I also want to get married. (G.O)

I would have achieved all my dreams. My dream is to become a producer and a young father in my 20's but I think it is a bit too late to become a father now. After MBLAQ secures a strong position in 5 years' time, I will enroll into the army, fulfill my army duties, get married at 33 years old, and have a son before I hit middle age. (Seungho)

I'm not too sure but I think I will be studying acting or working harder in my music. (Lee Joon)

MBLAQ - 'diversity' straightforward answers "To me, OO is?"

During an interview with TV Daily recently, MBLAQ fully revealed unexpected images of themselves, showing a new image of them peeling layers like an 'onion' that has never been shown before in dramas, music programmes, variety, and more.

My charm?

Fans see the image of stars on TV and are soaked into the illusions of those images. Although the image seen could be their actual appeal, but it is also possible for stars to think differently of their own attraction.

My appeal is my good sociability? I'm very outgoing so I can talk to anyone without a frown. For example, when I'm depressed, I will still show a bright image so that the other party won't know how I truly feel, something like that. (G.O)

I heard that I have a very cold expression I'm actually not cold. I may distinguish myself at first, but once we get along better I will take care of people and cherish them well. (Thunder)

Unlike the other members, Lee Joon who has been troubled for a while started speaking with difficulty. "That seems like a very difficult question. I still don't know specifically what my charm is."

On the other hand, Seungho spit out his reply at once without trouble. "Honestly? I don't tell lies. If I can I will say it, but if I can't, I'd rather not answer than lie". He also added some meaningful words, "That's why I've seen a lot of damage".

"In fact, I've always assumed that this is the kind of image I should live with. However, others regarded this as my extreme personal opinion and there were cases when people thought that I was egoistic. This can be perceived as a positive leadership trait, but on the other end of the spectrum, it could appear stubborn. So I'm working hard to change this." (Seungho)

What kind of women are you attracted to?

The opposite gender's style that attracts the MBLAQ members do not overlap at all.

I hesitated for a moment before throwing this to Seungho who said 'I'd rather not answer than tell lies'. But thankfully, Seungho consistently answered without fail.

"I like girls who don't tell lies. Honestly, I'm very amazed when people say 'My ideal type looks like so and so'. I would think 'Shouldn't you meet up first?'. I feel that if you are attracted by someone's appearance, you should get to know the person's character first". (Seungho)

G.O's clearly showed his past experience in the matter. "I don't like people who don't open their hearts and say things out loud. Someone who keeps things inside will eventually lead to separation, I hate it when people think about the problems by themselves, get heavily influenced by the matter and make decisions on their own. I think it is good for women to talk about their daily lives and secrets often". (G.O)

Lee Joon's condition for his ideal type was clear and concise. "It is the best if she is really, really nice. It would be nice if she is pretty too?"

Thunder slowly began to talk. "Becoming more attached to each other after spending more time together and start dating in the future when you really like each other, I think this is better. Besides love at first sight, I don't think I have any other specific conditions".

"I don't think I can be separate from it even if I want to. It's my trademark? Even those who recognise me now remember that I used to have a moustache. Today's G.O exists because of that moustache".

To Seungho, dark circles are?

"They're the results of hard work. It is true that I was very bothered about it at first. I was also stressed out over it. But now I think nothing of it. I've never thought about treating it either".

To Lee Joon, pubic bone is?

"It's just a bone. I've revealed it once before on TV.. I haven't been exercising much lately so I don't want to show my abs, but they kept asking me to reveal them, so I showed my pubic bone. There isn't any significant meaning to it".

To Thunder, part-time ads are?

"They're just ads. The concept itself had comical parts so I felt pressured. So, I practised a lot and managed to film while acting in character.

MBLAQ - Interview - Lee Joon "Honestly I can't act well alongside female partners?"

Male group MBLAQ's Lee Joon revealed his true feelings about his recent collaboration with IU and T-ara's Jiyeon.

Lee Joon became a hot discussion topic when he recently participated in K.Will's comeback music video for 'My Heart is Beating' with IU. Besides that, he also attracted attention as he was casted with Jiyeon to dub the voices of the movie animation 'Gnomeo and Juliet'.

Lee Joon who has worked with female artists more often than the other members told TV Daily through an interview, "I never thought that I'm very lucky with female partners".

He further explained, "It is all for work, we work well with each other all for work, there is no other meaning to it, I've never once thought of this as luck. They are all good at what they do, and as colleagues, all I think about is that 'they are very good'".

MBLAQ - Interview G.O explains "'Pigeon folder' has porn files? The truth is...?"

Male group MBLAQ's G.O revealed the secret to his 'pigeon folder'.

During the 'Fragrant Interview' corner in cable channel Mnet's 'MBLAQ Sesame Player' aired on the 10th last week, Thunder exposed a secret that is hidden within G.O's computer.

In the show, Thunder said, "G.O's computer has 30 GB of porn. The name of the folder is called the pigeon folder". G.O was caught off guard with this revelation.

G.O strongly denied this during the interview with TV Daily, "Those are not porn".

He started clarify himself, "Honestly you can put a lot of things in a folder. You have pictures, music, other videos are also possible".

G.O explained, "So, I keep many videos of my favourite singers. Thunder saw the files in the folder and saw the faces of the female singers in the videos so he thought they were porn". He also stressed, "Those are definitely not porn".

We all have something in common, but I sleep the most. (Lee Joon)
Nowadays we are living in the smart era, I do a lot of web shopping and monitoring. (Seungho)
I always have a change of mind on Twitter. There were times when I posted lyrics as well. Writing on Twitter can resolve things. But fans have been concerned about us dating, there is no such thing. Something like that won't even reveal a portion of it. Haha (G.O)

✔ Do you play with other idols in the waiting room?
We play on our own. (G.O)
Unlike other groups, we have yet never played in other singers' waiting rooms. We only meet and greet idols who pass by, we will only call out idols whom we want to speak to. (Seungho)

✔ Idols you always play with in the waiting room?
I'm close to Onew (SHINee), not long ago I also played with Kwanghee (ZE:A) on M Countdown. (Lee Joon, in the middle of this interview, Onew came to the waiting room to look for him).
I'm good friends with Seulong (2AM). I've always wanted an older brother since young, so I'm also close with some singer hyungs. (Seungho)
I'm also close to Seulong (2AM) and Junsu (2PM). I'm usually very close to a lot of my peers. MBLAQ may be juniors, but when comparing year of debut I'm the most senior. I also have friends I've known since my days in TyKeys. Anyway, I don't nitpick same aged friends, seniors or juniors, I get along well with everyone. (G.O)
My personal connections with idols are Seungri and I'm also close to IU. (Thunder)

 ✔ Food most eaten in the waiting room?
We really eat a lot. We eat various Korean dishes the most, we also eat pizzas occasionally. (Thunder)
My style is to put everything together and consume them all at once. G.O is a quantitative eater, he eats a little bit each meal but many times a day. So when people say I 'inhale (food)' or 'eat a lot', I think G.O eats more than I do. (Seungho)

✔ Is there any difference between meals during your debut and now?
MBLAQ has very human qualities so we don't have money problems! If we tell our company that we don't want to eat, then we have to eat money. I believe that we should always eat properly, eat and work... (Seungho)
We've been earning a lot. We're eating well. (G.O)
I also came to eat today, let's have a jajangmyun (black bean paste noodles) party. (Thunder)

Thunder and Mir are good at it. (G.O)
It's Mir! I think Mir can be an entertainment representative in 10 years. Haha he is the type who doesn't go together with the rest of the members when he monitors idol groups making a comeback on his own. (Seungho)

 

✔ Seungho's charm has increased compared to before debut?
I've always had charms to a certain degree. But if you naturally ask me to 'do it' that I can't do it even if I die. Honestly, I've never monitored myself even once after I attempted to show my charms. I can be charming to the people I'm close to, but this is asking me to show display my charms to people who didn't do anything. Honestly, they aren't considered charms if you do it for other people. (Seungho)

✔ When will G.O show his abs from debut?
That was actually an old photo but it appeared again suddenly. He didn't have hair back then. (laughs) But he actually does! Was it Photoshopped? (Seungho)
No, at the time my (body) hair was just moderate, but suddenly I became more manly haha, I think I should be able to show how my hair has grown. It is really cool if you actually see it, but viewers might be horrified if they see only portions of it... After cleaning up well, I will show a cool and complete look through pictorials. (G.O)

✔ Reason Lee Joon is the only one without Twitter?
At first I came here thinking I just won't do it. I've always been comfortable with a mini homepage since middle school. I still don't plan to have Twitter for now. (Lee Joon)

✔ Thunder when you exposed your abs, how did your sister Sandara Park react?
I worked out a lot. I don't have many parts so I wanted to leave a strong impression. I wondered if it would be memorable, I wanted it to see 'Abs exposure better than unique dance'. I kept missing the timing during the first week, so I did it again in the second week. My sister complimented, 'Very cool. Looks like you're doing well on stage now'.


✔ MBLAQ's unusual love for nephews, plans after marriage?
My nephews are very cute, right? Since I'm a guy, of course I'd love to have a daughter. (G.O)
I don't have specific plans to have a son or daughter. Just let it be a natural birth! I'm not a calculative person. (Lee Joon)
I want a son no matter what! The firstborn son must carry on the Yang family name. I know there are Yangs in places like Jeju and Namwon, I'm a Cheongju Yang. If I meet someone outside with the surname Yang, that person is my relative. Because of this, I must have a son no matter what. (Seungho)
I will raise a handsome son first then I want a daughter as well. (Thunder)

Five-membered male group MBLAQ who 'can actually be more successful...' are idols who are united in their musical voice and excellent variety sense.

MBLAQ managed to rise at a frightening speed and took on the challenge as a male group when the first batch of their comeback full-length album ran out of stock. However, bad fortune knocked on their door when their released album was overlapped with comebacks by some of the nation's top idols. There were always a lot of singers around during our comeback. After we debuted, we've also promoted during the same period as Jihoon hyung (Rain) before. We would just have fun. Rather than thinking 'other singers are out, what should we do if we can't make it', we never forget the in-between spaces and hope that people will still check us out. When we came out without anything in the beginning, we didn't have a goal to be No.1, so we just promoted with joyful hearts. However, we do feel regretful now because we really want to win No.1 but we've yet to reach this target. (Seungho)

✔ This album portrays even more chic charm, you still want to be known as 'neighbourhood oppa idols'?
First and foremost, we definitely perform on stage in a way that is suitable for the songs, we want to show a more honest image in variety or reality programmes, so we feel that 'it is nice to be called 'neighbourhood oppa idols''. Our fans know about this, rather than hiding MBLAQ and becoming a lie, we prefer revealing ourselves without filter because this kind of image shines the most. It is great if MBLAQ is always this happy and comfortable. Jihoon hyung (Rain) initially planned for us to have a group image like our g.o.d. seniors. (G.O)

Joon's birthday is in early '88, his birthday is actually earlier than my friends (in Korea, they refer to people of the same age as 'friends'). However, Joon entered school a grade lower than me, therefore I easily became his hyung. We entered the agency and started training at the same time. One month later, I received a text message from Joon which said 'Today is my birthday'. Then, I asked him 'Why do you call me hyung? We could just be friends'. He said 'I feel more comfortable calling you hyung'. Ever since then, he has been calling me hyung. So, G.O also naturally became his hyung when he entered our company. Nevertheless, I never saw Joon as a younger brother. I tend to set clear standards for this, if you're younger than me then you're younger, if you're older than me then you're older. Joon was very poor during our trainee days. One day, I decided to treat him for a meal and asked to drop the formal speech between us. In order to relieve the awkwardness, G.O and I also naturally dropped formalities with each other. (Seungho)

✔ Any particular nicknames the members have always wanted?
Mine is 'Jjang (best)-dol! I want to be the 'best idol'. Haha (Lee Joon)
Ah... 'Jjang-dol' is too much... Um I want to be macho-dol! Our released songs are very manly so it would be good if we can deliver it that way. (G.O)
I think I like the one we've been using from the beginning 'chic-dol' since I'm no different on stage and off stage. (Seungho)
I'm the 'torn-comic-dol'! I think I like it the most when people say I seem like I appeared from torn comics. (Thunder)

✔ Teacher Rain, have you seen him lately?
Not long ago, we went to see him when he was filming his movie next to the M Countdown building. We waited while he was filming and managed to greet him after that. The people closest to us were never able to receive a CD from us, hence this time we would like to deliver this repackaged album and apologise. All the best in your filming, we will always cheer for you. (MBLAQ)

✔ What are your future plans now that your advancement to Japan has been affected by the earthquake aftermath?
We're sad because we did have plans for activities in Japan. We don't have anymore specific plans yet at the moment. We still have songs in the works and we need more preparations. There are no fixed plans on whether we would have activities in Japan for a while or release an album in Korea consecutively. No matter what, we will continue to study music and we may have plans to come up with good music whenever we can. (G.O)
MBLAQ's Japanese activities have been extended indefinitely. There were many casualties caused by the earthquake, I hope that the situation will be restored fast. (Seungho)
We're only taking a break from activites in music shows from now on, we will continue appearing on other variety and reality programmes. (Lee Joon)
I was very busy with our promotional activities during the Japan earthquake, I didn't know my sister (Sandara Park) was in Japan. I found out after my Mom called me. I was a little shocked when I got the news because I was worried. I hope they will stay strong. (Thunder)

MBLAQ & Many top Korean idols send an encouraging video message to Japan!

On a special SBS broadcast titled, “Keep Your Energies High, Japan!“, many of Korea’s top idols gave their words of support to their Japanese fans who are ravaged by the earthquake.

Rain, SS501’s Kim Hyung Joon, Brown Eyed Girls, TVXQ, Super Junior’s Leeteuk and Shindong, 2PM, SNSD, CNBLUE, MBLAQ, 4minute, B2ST, and SHINee’s Minho and Taemin appeared in the clip and gave words of encouragement to tell Japan not to give up and still hope for the best.

2PM’s Junsu said, “What we need the most are your support and interest. Please keep supporting the issue.“, while SNSD’s Yoona stated, “If we gather our love and sincerity, we can find the power and bravery to recover from a tragedy.”

Having been doing follow-up promotions for close to a month, the MBLAQ boys are now saying goodbye on today’s Music Core.

Their follow-up track, “Again“, is a mashup between electronica, hip hop, and R&B, which features a strong, synthetic melody with a fast and impressive beat, allowing the members to break away from their past sensual images from their “Cry” and “Stay” performances to showcase their stronger and more masculine sides.

MBLAQ’s Lee Joon reveals mystery celebrity who caused his breakup with girlfriend?

Earlier, we reported some of the reasons as to why MBLAQ’s Lee Joon had to break up with his girlfriend, although certain things were still yet unclear.

On March 15th, the episode of SBS’s “Strong Heart” finally aired and caused a lot of curiosity when Lee Joon stated, “I broke up with my girlfriend in the past due to a senior male celebrity.”

Lee Joon continued, “Out of the 24 years of my life, there were 2 people I absolutely loved. One time, I was looking through my girlfriend’s phone and saw a familiar celebrity’s name, and it caught me by surprise.”

He confessed, “That person is none other than Go Young Wook. I was very surprised, so I asked my girlfriend, and she was shocked to hear such a thing. Shortly after, I discovered that the two shared secret text messages, and one of the messages read, ‘I will buy oppa delicious food next time’. Eventually I got into a fight with my girlfriend, and I had no other option but to choose a painful breakup with her.”

 

Following the shocking statement, Lee Joon revealed yet another story, “I had another girlfriend while I was filming for ‘Ninja Assassin‘. During the difficult days as a trainee, we stood hand in hand, and had a lot of faith in each other. After coming back to Korea after the movie shooting, I saw that Go Young Wook was in my girlfriend’s cell phone once again. I felt overwhelmed, and decided to part ways once again.”

After the set erupted in laughter, Lee Joon stated, “At the time, I was very scared of this Go Young Wook person…”

MBLAQ supports INFINITE?

 

Over the course of the past week, INFINITE has been teasing fans with glimpses at their impending comeback with the release of the album jacket photos as well as a music video teaser. Yesterday, they released a brief teaser on SBS’s Inkigayo and now they’ve released another teaser on Woollim Entertainment’s official youtube channel.

This teaser focuses on the date of March 17th, which is the date of their comeback. The teaser also shows the support of fellow boy group members BEAST / B2ST and MBLAQ, check it out below.

MBLAQ gives a special BATHROOM INTERVIEW?

We revealed earlier that the members of MBLAQ had a special interview on Mnet Wide’s newest corner, “Refreshing Interview“, in that most private of rooms – the inner sanctum of one’s daily routine – that’s right, the interview was held in a bathroom.  Perhaps the PDs intended the title to have a double entendre, but funny title or not, the interview was highly entertaining, revealing, and – dare we say it – refreshing (no pun intended).

An unsuspecting Lee Joon had the first interview, and his interviewer was none other than fellow member G.O.  Lee Joon, with his goofy variety persona, ranked himself first in terms of looks, with maknae Thunder in 2nd, G.O. in 3rd, Mir 4th, and Seungho 5th.  He also ranked himself first in terms of humor, which earned him a fart-bomb from G.O.

The next question was in reference to Lee Joon’s statement that he had bought himself a house with the money he had been saving up – “Are you wealthy?”, to which Lee Joon responded, “No, I’m not rich, I’m a beggar!”  When pressed, Lee Joon responded, “It’s small!  You’ve been there before!“  But G.O. deadpanned – “It was big.”

Other questions in the interview included , “Have you ever gotten a call from a female idol star?“, to which he replied, “Of course, they call me because I’m handsome!“  In order to test Lee Joon’s intelligence, G.O threw rapid fire multiplication questions.   Any time a question was answered incorrectly/untruthfully, or the response was unsatisfactory to G.O., he had a staffer throw a fart-bomb into the bathroom.

The next member to be interviewed was leader Seungho.  He ranked himself first in terms of looks, G.O. 2nd, Thunder 3rd, and 4th Lee Joon.  Then, when asked, “What part of you is the best among the members?“, he answered, “height“, earning him several fart bombs.  G.O. then revealed that Seungho was the only member to own a car, and asked him why – “To take girls out on dates?“  Seungho said that he wanted to take his brother back from private lessons.  Then G.O. asked, “Where do you go out at dawn?“  Seungho responded, “For morning rehearsal?” G.O. then asked, “Have you ever had a situation where instead of sweat, alcohol came out of your body?“  Seungho cracked up, asking, “What kind of question is that?”

The next victim was maknae Thunder, who had a bad cough as he was walking into the bathroom.  Apparently the interview was a surprise, because he almost used the toilet before G.O. stopped him.  When asked to rank the members in terms of looks, he said, “Mir is 1st, Seungho is 2nd, 3rd is Lee Joon, 4th is me, and 5th is G.O.” But when the fart bombs were thrown in, Thunder’s cold prevented him from smelling anything.

Then G.O. asked, “Are you innocent/pure?”  When Thunder answered in the affirmative, G.O. then asked, “Who’s the least innocent/most corrupt of the members?“  Thunder answered, “You!  I found 30 GB video files on your computer!“  Those 30 GB file videos on G.O.’s laptop were apparently porn, which Thunder then accused G.O. of giving to Lee Joon.  G.O. maintained his innocence, saying that Lee Joon wanted them, so he simply paid for them and gave them to Lee Joon.  But then Thunder asked, “Then why did you keep them?“  He revealed that the file name was “Pigeon”, and said he found them “while I was looking for something else, and the moment I found it, I lost my innocence!”

Finally, G.O. asked, if in a post-apocalyptic situation, where the only survivors were 2NE1’s Dara and MBLAQ, if he’d ever introduce any one of the members to his sister.  In a display of protective brotherly love, he told G.O. to throw in 10 fart bombs.  G.O. protested, saying that, “Mankind will go extinct, then.”  Thunder responded, “Then let it be.”

The rest of the episode consisted of cuts of the members goofing around, at dance practice, and shooting photos underwater for the cover of their latest album, BLAQ STYLE.  In one part, Seungho showed off his piano skills by playing the intro to the album, “Sad Memories“.  Finally, at the end of the episode, the members played various games together.

MBALQ's Joon & T-ara's Jiyeon to dub 'Gnomeo & Juliet'?

T-ara's Jiyeon and MBLAQ's Lee Joon will be trying out voice acting. Girls Generation's Taeyeon, Seohyun, Kara's Park Gyuri, Super Junior's Shindong are also participating in the voice dubbing for this animation. Their voices will be featured in the 3D animated movie 'Gnomeo and Juliet'. The English version is dubbed by James McAvoy and Emily Blunt.

This movie is about garden gnomes Gnomeo and Juliet who have as many obstacles to overcome as their quasi namesakes when they are caught up in a feud between both families as they fall in love (summary by Walt Disney pictures). This movie is directed by Kelly Asbury who also directed the worldwide box office sensation parody animation, 'Shrek 2'.

Nicknamed 'acting idols', Jiyeon and Lee Joon, play Juliet and Gnomeo respectively. Lee Joon is known for his appearance in the movie 'Ninja Assassin' as the role of young Rain (Jung Jihoon), Jiyeon was in drama 'God of Study', movie 'Death Bell 2', actively involved in acting for both dramas and movies.

Comedian Jung Juri plays Juliet's nanny who is a big-mouthed frog and is supportive of the two's love. Jung Juri expressed her thoughts about dubbing, "Lee Joon and Jiyeon are the perfect match as a comedy couple. I'm so envious of their chemistry together".

This movie will be out in theaters in April.

MBLAQ’s Lee Joon gets rid of his cell phone to focus on “Again” promotions?

MBLAQ’s Lee Joon reportedly canceled his cell phone service so he could focus completely on the group’s “Again” promotions.

A representative of J. Tune Camp confirmed, “Yes, he does not carry around a cell phone around. Due to his busy schedule, he does not have the time to pay attention to it.”

Another representative elaborated, “Yes, it’s true that he is not using a cell phone for this promotion period. Despite making their comeback after a long hiatus, MBLAQ’s album has not achieved the level of success expected. We feel that Lee Joon got rid of his cell phone in order to show that he’s determined to do the best he can for what’s left of their promotion cycle.”

Out of the five MBLAQ members, Lee Joon is the only one without a cell phone.

MBLAQ to confess their secrets in a bathroom for Mnet Wide’s new corner?

MBLAQ will be participating in a unique ‘talk’ concept for Mnet Wide’s newest corner, “Refreshing Interview“!

“Refreshing Interview” is a new feature that asks celebrities to confess their innermost secrets and stories in a bathroom. Why a bathroom, you ask? The base idea is that celebrities will feel more comfortable sharing those secrets and stories in an environment that’s considered private and personal.

PD Lee Sun Hyung commented, “In an effort to get idols to confess in a refreshing, new manner, we tried to look for an environment that refreshes the mind and body, and found it to be none other than the bathroom. It was an idea brought up without much thought, but there isn’t a space more personal than the bathroom. Please look forward to the stories that will be shared from such a unique location.”

Mnet Wide will also be airing a short reality program where MBLAQ will be asked to take tablet PCs to a location where cameras and even their manager won’t be able to find. For 24 hours, the boys will be documenting their activities through their tablet PCs, creating new content for a fun and unique reality show.

The PD continued, “These days, fans have been compiling favorite clips of their artists into one video. We’ve put this concept to use so that not only their fans, but viewers would also be able to enjoy a different kind of fun through this new corner.”

MBLAQ’s bathroom interview will broadcast through Mnet at 5 PM KST on March 10th.

On March 9th, K-Will released the teaser for his highly-anticipated comeback MV, “My Heart Is Beating“, which features the acting talents of IU and MBLAQ’s Lee Joon.

MBLAQ’s Lee Joon reveals special relationship with Yoo In Na?

MBLAQ’s Lee Joon has revealed a special relationship with Yoo In Na.

The March 8th edition of SBS ‘Strong Heart,’ featured a Doll’s House special with stars including Yoon Eun Hye, Park Han Byul, Yoo In Na, Nam Gyu Ri, Lee Joon, Kang Soo Ji and Jo Hyun Jae.

Lee Joon began with, “After debuting, [MBLAQ] members and I went out to a rodeo in Ahp Goo Jung.” He continued, “We played a game where a loser had to sign an autograph to a stranger.” Lee Joon explained that he lost in rock, paper, scissors and had to sign an autograph for a random woman at a cafe.

“But when I gave her my autograph, she gave me her autograph too,” said Lee Joon. He surprised everyone by revealing that the autograph read, “Good luck. Unstoppable High Kick – Yoo In Na.”

Lee Joon became embarrassed after this and worried that weird rumors might go around. “I swore I wouldn’t run into her ever again. I even wished she wouldn’t be successful,” said Lee Joon. He said he really didn’t want to see her again that much.

“After, I was invited to appear on ‘Heroes,’” said Lee Joon. “I really didn’t want to see her again but Yoo In Na was becoming more and more successful.” Lee Joon then looked at Yoo In Na and explained, “Please don’t take this the wrong way. I’m not a player.”

Yoo In Na comforted Lee Joon and said “I think Lee Joon is cute and a nice person. I wish we can laugh about this together when we’ve grown up more.” Lee Joon also confessed that he likes Yoo In Na as a fan and loves her as a woman, he later showed his off ballet skills as well and re-enacted the autograph scene.
